When you request a ride or contact us, you may provide your name, telephone number, email address, pickup and destination addresses, requested date and time, rider or caregiver details, and transportation assistance needs. Please provide only the information needed to arrange transportation; do not send medical records, insurance identification numbers, or payment card details through this website.
How information is used
We use ride-request information to respond to inquiries, review availability, coordinate pickups and return trips, and communicate about requested services. If you choose to receive SMS messages, we may also send marketing and account notifications as described in our SMS Terms and Conditions.

This website is hosted on Cloudflare and loads fonts from Google Fonts. Requests to these services can include technical information such as your IP address and browser information. Our current ride-request form opens your email application with your details filled in; you must send that email to submit the request. Your email provider processes messages according to its own policies. Links to other websites are subject to those websites’ privacy policies.
Your choices
